How Do You Provide Watch Repairs Services?
We start by providing you with a free estimate of the cost and time to repair your watch. We can then send you secure packaging so that you can send your watch to us.
Our team will then work on your watch, replacing any necessary parts and once complete, send the watch back to you in secure, recorded post – or call in on us in our shop.
We aim to complete all repairs as soon as possible, meaning your watch will be back with you in perfect condition very soon.
We attempt watch repairs in our Kent workshop from most brands and models which include: automatic watches, manual wind, Quartz and all Chronograph – even older watches. We also offer a wide range of watch strap substitutions and watch batteries.

We dismantle watch and test individual parts, we then check each part for wear then clean and lubricate them if necessary. Once the repair has taken place, we put the watch back together and test the time piece.
Each of our watch repair specialists are fully trained and have years of experience repairing and restoring all of the various types of time pieces.
We hold a stock of the most commonly used parts and have access to lesser used parts if necessary, allowing us to repair watches much quicker than otherwise would be possible. We can also repair old items and even make parts.
